AI video startup Higgsfield has raised $400 million in a Series B funding round, valuing the company at $5.4 billion—more than four times its valuation from just eight months ago.

The company develops AI tools for creating images and videos and has increasingly shifted its focus toward enterprise customers. Business clients now generate the majority of Higgsfield’s revenue, a significant change from the beginning of the year when they accounted for less than a quarter of sales. Annualized revenue has climbed to approximately $700 million, supported by rapid adoption among marketing teams and creative agencies.

The funding round was led by DST Global, with participation from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Tribe Capital, Intel Capital, Valor Capital, Smash Capital, Fifth Wall, Liberty Global Tech Ventures, Mirae Asset Capital, NTT DOCOMO Ventures, and existing investors.

Higgsfield plans to use the new capital to expand its enterprise platform, hire additional employees, and secure more computing capacity. Video generation remains one of the most compute-intensive areas of artificial intelligence, requiring substantially more processing power than text-based AI models. The company is also investing in new enterprise products as businesses increasingly use AI to automate video production for advertising, social media, and marketing campaigns.

The company now serves more than 30 million users across over 200 countries and works with approximately 390 Fortune 500 companies. The latest funding highlights continued investor confidence in AI application companies that have demonstrated both rapid revenue growth and successful enterprise adoption, even as competition in AI-generated video intensifies.
