Debit Card

A debit card is a plastic card linked to your bank or checking account. When you use it to pay for goods or services, the amount is subtracted immediately (or shortly) from your account balance. Unlike credit cards, you’re spending your own money—not borrowing. Many banks also allow ATM withdrawals with a debit card.
