Binghatti Developers and Mercedes-Benz have announced Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City, a masterplanned “city within a city” in Dubai’s Meydan district with an estimated investment of AED 30 billion (about $8.2 billion).

The project will cover roughly 10 million square feet and is designed as a mixed-use branded district, combining luxury residential towers with retail streets, parks, wellness zones, and cultural and entertainment areas.

Developers say the concept will carry Mercedes-Benz’s “Sensual Purity” design philosophy across architecture and public spaces, aiming to integrate walkable living with lifestyle infrastructure under a single brand identity.
