Elon Musk said his AI company xAI will launch a 500-megawatt computing project in partnership with Saudi Arabia, leveraging Nvidia’s high-performance technology. The initiative is positioned as one of the company’s largest infrastructure efforts to date, reflecting the rapid global build-out of compute capacity required for next-generation AI models.

According to Musk, the project is designed to support large-scale training and deployment of frontier AI systems, with Saudi Arabia expected to provide both energy and capital resources. The collaboration underscores the kingdom’s ambitions to accelerate its AI and digital transformation strategy while expanding its role as a global technology investor.

Musk also said humanoid robots will become the “biggest product in history,” highlighting xAI’s long-term focus on real-world AI and complex physical automation.
