Blockchain.com is reportedly in talks to go public in the United States through a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The firm has engaged Cohen & Company Capital Markets for advisory services related to a potential deal, though it remains uncertain whether negotiations are ongoing.

The company’s valuation has seen dramatic swings in recent years—from $5.2 billion in 2021 to a peak of $14 billion in 2022, before falling to around $7 billion following a $110 million funding round in late 2023. The move reflects renewed interest in public listings as crypto markets stabilize.
