Nvidia’s quarterly revenue has risen more than twelvefold in the three years since the launch of ChatGPT, underscoring its dominant position in AI infrastructure. The company generated $5.9 billion in Q3 2022, the quarter ChatGPT debuted, before accelerating sharply as demand for AI training hardware expanded across cloud providers and enterprises.

Revenue climbed steadily through 2023, reaching $22.1 billion in Q4 as hyperscalers ramped orders for Nvidia’s GPUs. Growth accelerated further across 2024, with quarterly revenue surging from $26 billion in Q1 to $39.3 billion in Q4. By 2025, Nvidia’s sales hit new records, reaching $44.1 billion in Q1, $46.7 billion in Q2 and a milestone $57 billion in Q3.

Analysts say the sustained trajectory highlights Nvidia’s unmatched pricing power and continued leadership in high-performance AI chips, even amid rising competition and global supply constraints.
