YZi Labs, the former venture arm of Binance, has led a $25.5 million strategic financing round for Sign, with participation from IDG Capital. CEO Xin Yan said the company will use the capital to expand its technology team and pursue partnerships aimed at advancing sovereign blockchain infrastructure.

The funding will also support the rollout of new digital infrastructure projects designed to enhance security, scalability, and interoperability across decentralized systems.

This investment marks a continuation of YZi Labs’ strong backing—after leading Sign’s $16 million round in January – and highlights sustained investor confidence in the firm’s long-term vision. To date, Sign has raised over $55 million across its seed, Series A, and strategic rounds.
