Coinbase Global has agreed to acquire Echo, an on-chain fundraising platform, in a deal valued at approximately $375 million in cash and stock. Echo enables crypto projects to raise capital directly from their communities through tools like its Sonar public token-sale product and has helped projects secure over $200 million across roughly 300 deals. With this acquisition, Coinbase aims to integrate Echo’s infrastructure to offer a full-stack solution for builders – from project launch to fundraising and secondary trading.
